Who must perform the audits?

A standard annual <a href="/glossarycollection/regulatory-technical-standards" style="color:#48277C;" target="_blank" title="Regulatory Technical Standards"><u>RTS</u></a> audit can be performed by person(s) that are operationally independent, within or from the Payment Service Provider (<a href="/glossarycollection/payment-service-provider" style="color:#48277C;" target="_blank" title="Payment Service Provider"><u>PSP</u></a>).
