Is Open Banking only relevant for customers who are digitally savvy?

That Open Banking is only relevant to a younger, tech savvy, generation is a common misconception. While the Fintech employees who offer up Open Banking services might often fit this description, the services they provide reach a much wider audience. Delivering competitive and useful products which are relevant across all demographics is one of the core drivers for Open Banking. Examples of this might include age-agnostic products which manage 'grudge' tasks such as insurance and pensions.
