Is Open Banking available offline?

Open Banking is only applicable for payment accounts which can be accessed online. In the payments world the term 'offline' can also be used for payments which are submitted in batch (i.e. not in realtime). Open Banking supports the submission of batch or bulk payments but the batch itself must be strongly authenticated using Strong Customer Authentication (<a href="/glossarycollection/strong-customer-authentication" style="color:#48277C;" target="_blank" title="Strong Customer Authentication"><u>SCA</u></a>).
