- the types of customers you support (e.g. individual and or corporates);<br/><br/>

- the scale of your business (small start-up EMI versus multinational bank);<br/><br/>

and,<br/><br/>

- the capability maturity of fraud management in your business and a good understanding of your understanding of your current fraud threats, levels and processes
