How can I find out if a Payment Service Provider is registered or authorised to operate?

Under the Second Payment Services Directive (<a href="/glossarycollection/the-second-payment-services-directive" style="color:#48277C;" target="_blank" title="The Second Payment Services Directive">PSD2</a>), National Competent Authorities (<a href="/glossarycollection/national-competent-authority" style="color:#48277C;" target="_blank" title="National Competent Authority">NCA</a>) are required to manage and maintain publicly available registers which record all Payment Service Provider (<a href="/glossarycollection/payment-service-provider" style="color:#48277C;" target="_blank" title="Payment Service Provider">PSP</a>) registrations and their current payment services authorisations, including any passporting rights they may have.
