Article 10: Payment account information exemption

Account Providers (ASPSP's) are encouraged not to require the refresh of AISP account information consents until 90 days have passed. In other words you are anchorage to allow your individual consumer consents for AISP to last fro 90 days as opposed to them requiring SCA re-authentication within that timescale.
