The Payment Service Provider's (<a href="/glossarycollection/payment-service-provider" style="color:#48277C;" target="_blank" title="Payment Service Provider"><u>PSP</u></a>) business continuity response and recovery plans should:<br/><br/>

a) focus on the impact on the operation of critical functions, processes, systems, transactions and interdependencies;<br/><br/>

b) be documented and made available to the business and support units and readily accessible in case of emergency;<br/><br/>

and,<br/><br/>

c) be updated in line with lessons learned from the tests, new risks identified and threats and changed recovery objectives and priorities.
