What restrictions exist around possession of funds when applying to register as an Account Information Service Provider (AISP)?

When applying to register as an Account Information Service Provider (<a href="/glossarycollection/account-information-service-provider" style="color:#48277C;" target="_blank" title="Account Information Service Provider"><u>AISP</u></a>) only, the applicant must sign a declaration that they will never, at anytime, enter into any service which requires possession of funds.
