What is a Payment Service User (PSU)?

This is essentially the account holder. There are two types of account holders defined in the Regulatory Technical Standards (<a href="/glossarycollection/regulatory-technical-standards" style="color:#48277C;" target="_blank" title="Regulatory Technical Standards"><u>RTS</u></a>); 'natural persons' and 'legal entities'. Natural persons refers to consumers or retail bank account holders, and legal entities refers to corporates ranging from sole-traders to multi-nationals.
