Do you use SMS OTP for authentication and if so, do you apply Sim-Swap, Porting and Redirect detection?

Sending a code via SMS is universally recognised as an insecure method of sending an authentication code or OTP (One Time Password). The reason is that it's possible for fraudsters to intercept these codes using techniques like SIM-Swapping, Redirection (Call-Forwarding) or porting. If you are adamant that you need to use SMS, rather than a more secure solution like the mobile-app, then you need to make sure that you use a provider that can detect all of the above.
